Enable Search (Crtl-F) in the Email 2.0 code editor

With the new editor, we discovered that the CTRL-F search function in the browser would work only on the visible part of the code.

This idea is to ask for the search function to work on the whole email or email template code.

    This could go a step further and enable find and replace (CTRL + H) as well. We clone a lot of emails and this would save a lot of time when replacing utm tags.
