Enable multi-select with CTRL and/or Shift for multiple selections

Whether in the Lead Database (where there can be cluttered lists), the Marketing Activities, or Design Studio areas, it would be REALLY nice to be able to enable multiple selections whether using shift or CTRL keys.

Having inherited an extremely dirty instance of lists is making my work arduous and much longer than it could be if multiple selections was a reality.

This would greatly help in organizing instances where there has been little or no governance to folder structure, naming conventions, etc.
