Enable "add to list" and "remove from list" from sales insight

Similarly to the capability to send email or add to campaign, it would be interesting to enable lists to be flaged as "Published to sales insight" and then sales would be abel to add a contact or lead to a list.

Of course, we can achieve the quite same with "add to smart campaign" (with and "add to list" or "remove from list" flow step in the SC) and/or Salesforce campaigns. but :

• it's harder to get sales to understand
• It's even harder to get them that they should be added to campaign in order to be removed from a list
• CRM campaigns are only available on SFDC, not on Dynamics
