Empty Engagement Score

We have been launching new engagement programs left and right. As we start to get metrics coming in, I am wondering why our engagement score for individual emails and the entire program is still empty. Do I need to trigger it to populate somehow? Or does it just take a while (we are only 2 weeks in).

Danielle I was doing more research and think I found my problem.

I am always pulling in campaigns (not individual emails), and it will only score based on the success of those programs. Well since they are only being used for that, I didn't set up any success parameters and the like for those programs.

I'm hoping once I do this will be resolved.

I've experienced a similar issue when adding Programs to Engagement streams, so I contacted Marketo's support team on the matter, who are looking into it as we speak. I'll post any updates here.
