Please provide a screenshot and more context. Are you using an SFDC or MS Dynamics step?

We just learned that none of our recently added MS Dynamics users are available in Marketo (e.g, which are used to assign leads when synced to CRM) ever since we upgraded to the latest Marketo solution in CRM - so about a month's worth of new users.  Not sure if this is related to your issue, but thought it might be worthwhile mentioning.  We're on ver. 4.0.0.19

We have an existing support ticket open.  The next step to resolution will be to run a resync of the CRM user entity.
