Do you mean having them here in the community? Or when you're doing things like adding text to a Marketo Email?

as others noted = on email or in Jive/Community?    Emoji's only work (well) in certain clients as well so their use cases can be limited.

For the subject line, I had used copy and paste from    Get Emoji — List of all Emojis to ✂ Copy and    Paste

    I tried that, but when testing the email, it would remove the emoji. After reading through posts in the community from this year, looks like I'm not the only one who's experienced that.

    I have used 358 symbols tested in subject lines - iPhone, Hotmail & more [incl. Cheat sheet] | E-Mail Marketing Tipps  before without any issue.

    Looks like there are some safe symbols. Not sure if this helps.
