Embed Form and send email

We have embedded a marketo form on a landing page but the form is not recognized as "in use" and therefore when people submit the form they do not recieve the email confirmation. 

Is there a work around?

I take it you used the javascript from the Form and placed this on a non Marketo LP?

Did you approve the Form?

odd that it would not be recognized. Ask Support to review. Perhaps there is a conflict with other code.

How is this trigger campaign setup?

Thank you I will check with support and see if there is something.

The campaign just states "filled out form" then "send email". 

On the form status I see the views and filled out status but where it states "used by" it is not recognized as being used but when I run a report I see everyone who has filled it out.
