Emails with Pending Status

I deployed an email on 10/26 and I still see that there are emails with the Pending status. It is my understanding that after 24 hours, there should not be any emails with a pending status unless there is a technical issue. Can someone confirm this for me?

Should be around 24-48 hours.  Lots of factors could play into that.  I'd definitely recommend submitting a support ticket.
