Emails marked as "opened"?
My sales team has just started using Marketo and they've realized that when they go in to their sent mail to remind themselves of what they sent - the email gets marked as "opened" in Marketo. Is there any way to avoid this?
Also - when they cc someone on an email, and that person opens it, does it count as "opened"?
