Emails in Smart List not receiving effort
We recently deployed an email where one of the Smart List critieria was "Email Is" with 12 separate email address. While the rest of the smart list deployed correctly (Marked "Use Any Filters"; one was a Member of SFDC campaign; the second was member of a list), this third criteria only delivered to SOME of the 12 email address. The contact records don't show a delivery attempt in their activity history.
