Emails being sent to members in Engagement Program

Hello,

Is there a way to see which email will be sent members on the next cast of an Engagement Program? Alternatively, is there a way to see how many recipients there are for each email in the stream on the next cast?  I'm sure there is a way to do this that I'm just missing.

You can look at the Dashboard to see the # per Cast, but not per send.


You can use an email perf report to look at specific emails.

Thanks for responding Josh. The email perf. report is a post send report, so unfortunately doesn't help in this situation.  Is there nothing that breaks down the # per Cast?  Unfortunately that number is very limited in its usefulness from a QC standpoint.

HI Mark,

You could create a system of smart lists with the filter "was sent email", "not was sent email" and date constraint. That will allow you to see who was sent what email and by exclusion who is getting the next one.

Yes, that could work. I suspect Mark just wanted an instant report though.

Mark - maybe you can post that as an Idea or look for an existing idea then.
