Email Unsubscribe link not appearing in e-mails

Hopefully someone can help me with this! I'm working on an e-newsletter (html newsletter we embed in Marketo's email), and when I send myself a "sample e-mail" OR use the program flow, the "unsubscribe from email" option doesn't appear in the actual email. Before the Marketo update, I didn't have this issue. I don't manually put an unsibscribe link in the e-mails, I use Marketo's auto unsubscribe that I set through Admin->Email

Any thoughts?

UPDATE: The unsubscribe is appearing on other emails that have been sent out. Which makes me think there might be an issue with the html template

If it is set to "Operational" then the unsubscribe link is removed. I would check this first.

Thanks for the reply, Dawn. I double checked and the email is not set to Operational. Any other ideas?

Hello Kate-

Did you ever get a resolve on this?  I am having the same issue where my unsubscribe shows in my email template just fine, but when I take that same template and create an email, the undsubscribe does not show up.

Any help on this would be great! :)

Also, my emails are NOT set to Operational
