Email trigger events leading to retargeting

Has anyone tried to set a list for retargeting from emails? We are wanting to retarget to a list based off if they open/click in an email, but I'm not sure if this is possible to do in Marketo at all. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

    You can kinda of get there by using adbridge, its not really the true definition of retargeting but you can make your smart lists with those criteria and push it over to linked in FB, etc.
