Email to specific contact roles based on opportunity update trigger

Hi,

I'm trying to send an email to leads with a specfic contact role when an opportunity field is updated. So far I've tried to accomplish this using two different methods. Neither works. The first will email all contact roles. The second will not email any contact roles. Any suggestions?

The first is below.

The second one I've removed the Was Added to Opportunity filter and added a choice on send email to the flow.

Hi Liz,

For the second example I'm not sure if Role is actaully tied to opportunities. The first version should work. Have you tried with removing some other criteria (e.g. Stage, date of activity).

You can try to use " Opportunity (Contact) is Updated" as trigger and " Has Opportunity (Contact)" as filter.
