Email to be sent on working days only - wait step suggestion

Hello everyone,

I need to send an email on every 3rd last day of a month and then 4th day of the following month, also it should be a business day and not a weekend.

How do I set up the flow step/schedule to achieve this? I included a wait step but was not sure what would happen if the wait step ends on a weekend, will the email in the next step never go? Please advice how to set it up correctly to achieve my requirement, thank you in advance
