email template updates impact to emails already created

If you used an email template to build out several emails, and then the email template was later updated, will all of the emails that utilize that template automatically be updated with the changes made to the email template?  Or do you have to recreate the emails to access the new updates made to the email templates?

Bonnie, updating the email template will not automatically update all emails created using that template.

Bonnie, updating the template will update any email based on that template. It will place those emails back into DRAFT mode. Until you re-approve the draft, the active email will continue to be the one that existed prior to the changes to the template.
