Email Template - token use

I'd like to update my email templates so that my company's office address, listed in the footer, changes depending on the recipient's location. (Ie if the recipient is based in the UK, they'd see the London office address, in the USA, the NYC office address...) I know I should be able to do this with a token, but how do I set up the filter that populates the token?

Hi Caroline,

In this case, you may want to consider using segmentation and splitting out your recipients by region (i.e., US, EU, etc.) This will enable you to use snippets to dynamically populate the company's office address. Alternately (or if your segmentations are all used up), you can always write a program-level scripting token to handle this.
