Email template preview is different from email preview when being used

We have a new email template that we are using. When we preview the email from the template (and saving the flat html file to our desktop), it looks the way we'd like it to.

However, when we use the template for an email campaign through Marketo, the layout "breaks" just from opening the new email in the edit function. Whether or not we've edited the newsletter in anyway, it already has a broken layout.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Hi Courtney,

It seems to be that your templates has some broken HTML. Probably some missing </tag>, but it could be real discrepancies in the way the template has been developped. Marketo is not very mercyful for error in templates.

Where does this template come from ?

Hi Courtney,

Just like Greg mentioned, there's a good chance there's a missing close tag (I would venture to guess a missing </div>) most likely right before where the the image splits.
