Email Suspended not set after soft bounce

I sent my first small email blast via Marketo yesterday. I had four soft bounces. The documentation says that “Email Suspended” is set when a soft bounce occures.

But for the mentioned four leads “Email Suspended” is set to false. And after the first soft bounce no further delivery attempt was executed, according to the activity logs.

Any idea why this happens?

Email Suspended is only set for Hard Bounces of type Anti-spam Block. Soft bounces are not recorded in Marketo.

I am pretty sure soft bounces only lead to a re-try within 24 hours or a Pending Status. If it isn't doing that, you might ask Support.

Email Suspended is only set for Hard Bounces of type Anti-spam Block. Soft bounces are not recorded in Marketo.
