Email Spam Rate in Analytics

When putting together reports for email analytics, is it possible to review an email's spam rate % as opposed to unsubscribes? We would like to see how many email recipients are marking emails as spam, as opposed to unsubscribing. Has anyone including this statistic in their reporting dashboard and if so, how?
