"Email Send" channel - Waiting to run...

Just wanted to confirm if this is right:

It is 4:30 PM IST now and I don't see any activity. The program is approved and is still waiting to run.

Is it true that this channel updates with any activity only after the winner is sent (at 7pm in this case)?

Is it normal to see "Waiting to run..." even after 1.5hrs of sending test?

Don't think so.  Have you checked to see if there are any problems with the smart lists or if any emails have actually been sent via smart list build?  Let us know what you've tried so far and what you've been able to determine.

I forgot about the smart campaign limit that we had set in the admin. This was way beyond that limit and i had to temporarily increase the value just for this campaign.
