Unfortunately not, once you hit send, there is nothing that can be done.

A handy tip. Once the leads have gone through the flow it's gone but if it's a campaign with a large number of leads you may be able to limit your losses by removing the send email flow action from the flow. Those that didn't make it through the flow yet will have no action to follow and won't be sent the email.
