Email program using smart list, no members showing?

Hi there, I have created an email program using a smart list. It shows 171 leads with 73 of those blocked. However when I go into the members tab within the program to check the leads, it shows no leads? What is happening here? Will it still sen to my leads or is something needing fixing? Thanks.

You can't have members until you explicitly make them members by sending the campaign.

If you are using a non Email Send Program, than you need to explicitly use "Change Progression Status to X" after your Send Email flow step.
