Is there a way to determine who initially created an email program in Marketo?

You can view it in the Admin >> Audit Trail if it was created in the past 6 months. You can filter by Program Name and Action = Create.

You can view it in the Admin >> Audit Trail if it was created in the past 6 months. You can filter by Program Name and Action = Create.

You won't be able to track for a deleted user. Otherwise, you can also see in the summary of your Email Program

As @ruchi_lapran1 pointed out you can look at the Summary of the email program. Sometimes 'created by' may use a shared inbox such as an agency, so not possible to find a single person - just can see from the User email address /account.

@traciau Do you have a project or task manager system you can also refer to such as tickets JIRA to track who was responsible and assigned the project/email?
