Email program dashboard - Engagement Ring

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what does the "Engagement" ring number (under Summary) represent in my email program dashboard? Is this a percent, actual number? Thanks

Do you mean the Engagement Score? This is a score of how well people engage with your content in the Engagement. It is an index score based on all interactions across ALL marketo clients. So if you are above 50, your content is more engaging than 50% of content.

As Josh mentioned, this is proprietary algorithm that Marketo uses to gauge how engaging your content is. Also, if you're using programs within your engagement programs, then this will only based on what you deem to be successes in each of the program, not all of the metrics surrounding an email (opens, clicks, conversions).
