I am trying to send out an email but it is saying that we do not have any current customers or inactive customers to send it to. How would I fix that?

What is your criteria for defining current customers or inactive customers? Check if the fields that you're using are filled in correctly. Or perhaps you chose a wrong criteria that does not reflect the actual situation.

We have two centers using it and it works fine for one but not the other. We had our list already created. Do you think it is a download issue from our database?
