Email Performance Report for Recurring Email Send by Month

Hello - we have a recurring email that has been going out bi-weekly over the past year.  In the email performance report, I would like to break the stats down by month to see if there are any trends and to see how it's been performing over time.  When I add the date range filter onto the report, it still shows me the total summary stats.  Is there another way I can break down these stats by month?

You can't group the email performance report by time frame. You'll need to do to one of the following:

  • Update the timeframe of the email performance report for each month you want to report on and put the data in rows in an excel file.
  • Use Email Insights, adding a filter for the email send and grouping the chart by month
  • Use the Email Analysis report type in Revenue Explorer
