Email Performance report and Email Link Performance report discrepancy

Hello I am a new user learning and would appreciate some guidance.

We recently sent an email and the Email Performance report is showing 17 Unsubscribes but the Email Link Performance report is showing 370 clicks on the unsubscribe URL.

Can anyone shed any light on this please? I have been reading through the community posts for a while now but can't find the answer.

Hi Jessie,

That would indicate that while 370 people clicked on the unsubscribe link, only 17 people actually unsubscribed via this email. Often, click metrics are boosted by bots. I'd pay less attention to the # of clicks on the unsubscribe link and more to the first metrics regarding definite unsubscribes.
