Email Performance Report

Hi Marketoland,

In an email recently deployed there were a total of 28 contacts who did not receive the email. When we checked our marketable leads, as well as our leads in salesforce these 28 contacts were in the database (emails all valid and working, did not opt out of email subscription, etc.) We have no idea as to why these are not showing up on the Marketo Member list, nor why they were not sent the email.  Can anyone provide insight as to why this is happening?

Do you have communication limits set?

If you know your sending IP or sending domain, there are several providers who give you a freemium review of your sending domain. https://www.senderscore.org/

If it's low, I would start addressing the common causes why.
If you're on a shared IP plan, it may not be you and may be another Marketo customer.

They just may have their inbox full or put you as Spam... If it is the case, you cannot do anything about it.

Thank you All! Cheryl, could you explain what you mean by communication limits? And where would we adjust these limits if this was the issue.
