Email Outlook Design issue

Dear:

I have created Custom Email Template for Marketo which is working fine with Hotmail, Gmail & Yahoo etc in terms of Design rendering into email & functionalities.

But same code gets complete break over Outlook. 

When i test my same code & send mail from MailChimp - Its working Perfect. Can anyone share solution for it?

Hi

Can you make a screenshot of you issue in outlook?
Outlook 2010 and 2013, can be a bit hard to make nice, it often adds 4-5px to the width of cells.
