hi everyone,

Was curious if anyone has had this issue. It appears that anyone in SFDC who has opted out of an email, we can't update their record through marketo. The updating we want to do is a simple lead score adjustment and it seems we are unable to do so with our email-opt out. Has anyone else had issues with this?

You might have a custom sync filter enabled for Unsubscribed != true.  You can open a support case to check.
