Email Open and Click are not getting tracked

There's no reported issues with tracking email opens or clicks right now.  I suggest you open a support ticket with a link to an example email, an example record (preferably yourself so that testing can be performed), and check for the basics (is the open tracking enabled, is link tracking turned on, are the links properly formatted to be tracked, are you loading images in your email client, etc).  There's a lot to unpack here with not enough information to start determining where you could potentially be running into an issue.

i just got the same issue, the email said it was delivered but there's no click/open information
