Email Links giving 404

Anybody having this issue? All our emails are now linking to 404 page!

    You can just uncheck the Track Link checkbox in the Edit Link dialog. Check out the product doc that discusses the same here.

     

    Additionally, check the Marketo Engage status page to track this issue. You can also subscribe to the issue and get notified about any updates to its status.

        Yes it's Marketo tracked links that are giving 404. If you take out the tracking, it works. Anyone else open up a ticket?

          Hi - This is the response we got from marketo, I hope it helps.

           

          I would like to inform you that there is an ongoing outage on Ash Burn and San Jose Data Center of Marketo due to which multiple customers are facing the issue of 404 error.

           

          Concerned engineering team is already aware of the issue and is working on highest priority. I would appreciate your patience and cooperation and I will keep you posted with the updates.
