Email link performance report - button link

So I've created numerous email link performance reports where the button was used to host the link. Each of these emails has the correct link I'd like to track; however, when running the report, "${Button-Link}" shows as one link along with the link that has been placed in the button. Can someone please advise as to why this is happening? I've sent the email to numerous people/addresses, and the button is always directing them to the proper site.
