Email Link Performance figures vs. Smart List figures error

Hi,

I am trying to pull a report on one of my campaigns but the numbers in the Email Link Performance does not correspond with figures in the smart lists.

For example:

Email Link Performance Stats:

Smart List stats:

Early Years - 11

Education - 15

News - 32

Youth - 44

Do your time frames match and/or is your smart list restricted to the same email as the report is?

There was a known issue with this where the smart list, which looks at LEADS, and the email report, which looks first at emails, then leads.

If records are removed/merged, the data may shift from each type of report.

Maybe Kenny can confirm if there is more detail on this.

I don't believe that this issue ever affected Email Link performance.
