Email Link Perfomance report setup

When I go into the setup of an Email Link Performance report created under a program I see the default settings is that the Program is checked, but not the individual email(s) assets that reside underneath the Program.

Is there a setting somewhere to enable this?

I noticed this because at times I want only certain emails reporting from under the Program.

This is because most Programs with batch emails that I set up have the same email going to a (sometimes sizable) seed list.
