Email Insights discrepancies

Hello, have a question regarding Email Insights. I'm getting data by country and it's different then the one i'm getting from Marketo using "Smart Campaign".

What Country field does Email Insights use and can it be edited somehow?

Generally the smart campaign, smart list, email perf report, and email insights, and RCE will all be slightly different. This is due to how Marketo records information. There is a doc on docs.marketo.com as well as a ton of threads on this topic.

Thank you, Josh, but what is the source of truth? How can i get the correct data in Email Insights? I suppose that Insights use "Inferred Country" field and the numbers are close to the once that i get with Smart Campaign but still not the same for the equal period of time.

Could you please suggest something or share some documentation with me?
