"Email Insights" Data Not Changing Across Workspaces
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed an issue when using Email Insights. Regardless of which workspace I select (as shown in the image below— items 1, 2, and 3), the data displayed in the metrics section (highlighted as item 4) does not change.
In this specific case, the client would like to view the combined data for all workspaces in Email Insights. Is it possible to achieve this? Or is there a specific configuration required to display aggregated data across multiple workspaces?
