"Email Insights" Data Not Changing Across Workspaces

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed an issue when using Email Insights. Regardless of which workspace I select (as shown in the image below— items 1, 2, and 3), the data displayed in the metrics section (highlighted as item 4) does not change.

In this specific case, the client would like to view the combined data for all workspaces in Email Insights. Is it possible to achieve this? Or is there a specific configuration required to display aggregated data across multiple workspaces?

The way you are trying to retrieve the data from Email Insights seems correct. 

The data should change while using 'Workspace' as filter (or any other filter). I've just been playing with data on our side and the numbers are changing based on the filters used.

Hi @daniela_wj - According to me, you need to select multiple specific workspaces, and it would be showcased as a filter on the top.

 

In your case, you have not selected any specific workspace, so the analysis is to be done on all workspaces. So it seems to be correct.
