Email Formatting

Is there a way to format the email where it's compatible for mobile, desktop and tablet? The email shows up great on my desktop but not so well on my phone.

Also, how do you change the size of the email? I would like it to be smaller.

You will need to update the email template to make it responsive design.  You can download pre configured responsive design email from templates.marketo.com

You can also look at template provides such as hoosh (Marketo Email Templates - Hoosh Marketing ​) or knak.
