I'm setting up an email on behalf of one of our sales reps. I put the rep's name in the "From Name" field as well as her email address in the "from email field". I'm assuming if i DON'T want her to get all of the out of office/auto reply's, i should put MY email address in the "reply to" field. Can someone confirm? I want to make sure i am setting this up correctly and she doesn't get bombarded with auto-replys.

Thanks!

Correct Put her email in the From section and yours in the Reply to section.

Just so that you know, you'll also get the responses from anyone who replies to the email rather than using whatever your CTA is. I know that with our leads, some of them simply respond to our emails when they should click the CTA button to view a video or whatever it happens to be. Just don't be surprised when they aren't all simply out of offices.
