Email field encoding

/rest/v1/leads/submitForm.json 

submitting to this endpoint email with symbols "_ + -" etc... Makes sometimes timeout an entire request. I think it would be a good idea to implement an encoder on the Marketo side that converts and allows these symbols, or instantly fail validation. In any case, this feels like it is not handled as sometimes it returns
