Email engagement
Hi there.
What exactly is an email "engagement"? I'm interested in how many people took action. Is there an easy way to get that metric?
Thanks.

What do you mean by took action?
The engagement metric is a marketo score that takes into account opens, clicks, success and unsubs. Check it here for more information: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/email-marketing/drip-nurturing/reports-and-notifications/understanding-the-engagement-score.html
