I even logged out and back in. I can't find the email. We have tried support before but it's usually several days before you answer. Should I really go that route?

Do you mean edited email does not come up after you've selected "Edit Draft"? If it is coming up, did you "Email Actions" -> "Draft Actions" > "Approve Draft"?
