Email display on mobile device

We have having difficulty with the right sides of our email messages cutting off when viewed portrait style on our mobile devices (iphone).  If you turn the phone sideways (landscape), you can get the entire layout but not in the portrait setting.  Is there a setting we are missing somewhere?  Thank you.

Sounds like a coding and device issue. Suggest looking at litmus and checking coder forums for help.

You also did not share the code or the images, so doubtful anyone here can help.
