Email Content Non-Responsive on Mobile

Our email content is non-responsive on mobile.  I wanted to ask if others are experiencing this issue (as a result of a bug in the new release or other) or if it is just occurring in our instance.  Thanks!

Hi Sarah,

Are you using a pre-built Marketo template (if so, which one) or your own design?

Hi Jason,

We are using the Advanced Email Template in My Templates. I have since heard from Support. The size of our images is hard-coded in the HTML, and the scaling code for mobile was inadvertently left out. I am letting our developers know.
