Email causes Outlook to crash

We tried printing an e-newsletter and it makes Outlook crash everytime. We tested on 2 users in our Australia office and this happened. They are also unable to forward the email.

We tested on a couple more users in a totally separate office, and their Outlooks didn't crash; they were able to print and forward the e-newsletter.

Could this be some Marketo setting, or network/printer settings?

Thanks in advance for your insights :)

With some investigation we have found that the Outlook crash issue is due to firewall permissions within our network, not allowing traffic from Marketo servers.

Our IT team is now working on fixing it :)

Thanks for your inputs, Josh.

This might work better as a Support Ticket. I assume that the outlook that crashed has the Marketo Plugin? If not, then it's probably an Outlook issue.

The Outlooks that crashed do not have the Marketo plugin, but our IT says it couldn't possibly be an Outlook issue.

What are the chances that this is a Marketo issue, or a code issue?

By the way, we opened a support ticket already.
