Hi All, does anyone know what is the engagement section related to in an email campaign dashboard? Thanks.

Hi Vanessa,

The engagement score is a behind-the-scenes formula that Marketo implemented. What it does is it takes the performance of your email and compares against all Marketo customers. So I'd take the numbers with a grain of salt - your industry could be very different than the one over performing you. However, it is good to aim for around a 50 at least and you can always set your own benchmarks.
