Email bounces trigger - Category & subcategory ?

Hi all,

When using Email Bounces or Email Bounces Soft triggers in Smart Campaigns, Category and Subcategory contraints are available. Does anyone know what these categories are related to? Is it like a bounce category (invalid email adress OR full mailbox OR out of office message OR ..... and so on) or somthing else?

What is the application case to use this constraint?

There are quite a few discussions on this topic in the community that I've seen.  You can easily just do a search for category constraint and find many of them.  Here's one: What are the email bounced categories?

There isn't a 100% perfect list though. I wouldn't get too caught up in the codes. 550+ is usually a hard bounce. Sometimes you'll get more info from a server, sometimes nothing.
