Email blast - Smart List

I'm trying to send an email blast. Within the smart list I have selected the right smart list, but when I view campaign members - it keeps on saying there is no one in my list. 

Any ideas?

Initial suggestions:

- How many leads are displayed in the schedule tab of that campaign?
Does it show something such as
Set to affect around 0 existing leads (may change over time) 
Around 10 leads are blocked from mailings

- Leads set to Unsubscribed, Invalid Email or Marketing Suspended

- Blank email addresses

- smart list genuinely filtering out all leads

What is the campaign name?
