What do the range of percentages mean in open and click rates? The green is typically with the smaller number, but what does the larger percentage correlate to?

@Jordana Klein‌ are you talking about the Email Program Dashboard? If so, it's not a range, it's just a zoomed in portion of the dial to make it easier to read. See the tip at the bottom of this article: Use the Email Program Dashboard - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation .
